Sales Performance Reporting

Checking KPIs and understanding sales trends should be clear, fast and mobile-friendly. Meet our updated Sales Performance overview, a clear window into the performance of your fleet and individual Powered by Leap stores.
Sales Performance is the first page in our analytics experience and the gateway to the more advanced analytics we offer. KPIs such as net sales, goal attainment, and store traffic are easily visualized, while clear charts show performance over time for each store.
You can also easily view seasonality and trends with two new charts displaying year-over-year sales comparisons and the share of sales occurring in each month your stores have been open, quickly highlighting trends and patterns for your planning.
In the coming weeks, you'll see additional capabilities for viewing, filtering, searching, and exporting the items sold and returned in your stores for deeper line-item specific insights and analysis. The existing Leap Analytics experience will remain available as we work to add and enhance all of its capabilities, and we can't wait to share more.
You can view your team's Sales Performance Overview here in the Leap app (login required) and find it in the new Sales Performance section in the navigation menu. Under the Sales Performance section, you'll see the Brand Summary and Store Summary reporting you're used to from Leap.
Store Insights
Quantitative insights help you to understand sales performance, but daily interactions with shoppers can tell stories that aren't captured in numbers alone. The staff in Powered by Leap stores are partners in managing and growing our business and provide valuable insights for you and Leap to drive performance, monitor the progress of key initiatives, and make each customer interaction meaningful.
Our Insights tool gathers the Daily Insights and Weekly Business Reviews published by Powered by Leap staff to help you stay close to the tactical and strategic picture across your fleet of stores. Filterable by store, type and date, it's easy to view recent or historical feedback, ideas, and updates from your Powered by Leap stores.
Insights are built with an integrated AI-summary to allow easy browsing in complement to the full details available for each submission.
You can review your recent store insights here in the Leap App (login required) and by looking for the Insights section of our app menu.
Soon, you'll notice a new table view to more quickly scan a set of recent insights and tailored merchandising insights.
Performance Notifications from Leap
Performance Notifications are a great way to keep up with quantitative data and qualitative insights regarding your Powered by Leap retail stores. Delivered each morning to your email inbox or an in-app notification inbox, you and your team can subscribe to specific stores or brand-level performance summaries which contain rich insights and useful KPI breakouts.
Daily Store Performance Notifications include the Insight for the previous day and a breakdown of sales trends and performance for an easy view of the day's qualitative and quantitative results. Daily Brand Performance Notifications summarize all of your Powered by Leap stores, and Weekly Performance Notifications let you check in on numbers each Sunday in the same format.
Each Leap App user can manage their subscriptions to Performance Notifications at any time in their account portal in the Leap App to receive them in your email inbox.
