Performance Reports

This article details the types of performance reports currently offered in the Leap App.

The Leap App currently offers four reports that overview store performance.

All reports will include business results for the following Key Performance Indicators (KPI): Net Sales, Net Sales Goal, Net Sales Goal %, Net Sales vs. Goal, Comp Sales, Spread, AOV, UPT, Traffic, Conversion Rate and Return Rate.

Daily Brand Performance Report

Populates Every Morning

A daily report that combines the sales data from all of your brand's stores on the Leap platform.

You will see the previous day's sales and KPIs, along with WTD, MTD, QTD and YTD data.

Weekly Brand Performance Report

Populates Weekly on Sundays

A weekly report that will combine the sales data from all of your stores on the Leap platform.

You will see the previous week's sales and KPIs, along with MTD, QTD and YTD data.

Daily Store Performance Report

Populates Every Morning

A daily report that will show the sales data for a specific store on the Leap platform.

You will see the previous day's sales and KPIs for a specific store, along with WTD, MTD, QTD and YTD data.

Weekly Store Performance Report

Populates Weekly on Sundays

A weekly report that will show the sales data for a specific store on the Leap platform.

You will see the previous week's sales and KPIs for a specific store, along with MTD, QTD and YTD data.

Note: If you only have one store on the Leap platform, the 'Brand' reports will effectively show the same information as the 'Store' reports.


Notification Settings

Leap App users can sign-up to receive notifications for these performance reports, either in-app or via email. Review the 'Notification Settings' article for instructions on setting up these notifications.


Example Report

Below is an example of a Weekly Store Performance Report. Your brand name will appear in the top left corner, and the store location will be in the top right corner.
