There are two types of store insights currently available in the Leap App:
Daily Insights: What retailers typically refer to as an 'End of Day Report'. The store team provides a recap of the day's sales, traffic patterns, customer interactions, team focuses and more! This will be available the following morning for you to review.
Weekly Business Recap: Store Leaders will provide a recap of the previous week's business by EOD every Tuesday. This recap will include traffic themes, customer feedback, product insights, performance road-blocks, and more!
AI Summary: Each insight will begin with an AI Summery of the submission, that way key stakeholders in your business can review the summary and review the full submission if they want further details or it relates to their specific department's responsibilities.

How to view store insights
Step 1. Navigate to app.leapinc.co
Step 2. Select the
tab, then click 'My Insights'. Insight submissions will appear in order of newest to oldest.
Step 3. If you have more than 1 store, you can utilize the 'Store(s)' drop-down to filter down to the location you would like to view
Step 4. You can utilize the 'Insight Name(s)' drop-down to filter down to the specific store insights you would like to view.
Step 5. Once you've filtered down the store and insight type, click the tile for the date you want to review insights for.
