If you are having issues getting logged into the Leap App, you should first attempt to reset your password.

βStep 1. Navigate to app.leapinc.co
Step 2. Select 'Reset it Here' under the Password box
Step 3. Enter the email address connected to your Leap App account, then click 'Reset Password'
Step 4. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Step 5. Click the link and set the new password for your account.
What to do if you don't receive a password reset email.
Step 1. Try following the same steps above, ensuring your email address was entered correctly.
Step 2. Check your Spam folder.
Step 3. If all else fails, email support@leapinc.co with your full name, company you work for, and ask for help resetting your Leap App password.
